Cosmetic surgery is about enhancing your lifestyle. That's the approach taken by Dr. Jaime R. Garza and his team at Texas Plastic Surgery Center.

The goals are simple: To look better and feel better, about yourself and your life. To reach these ends, Dr. Garza works exhaustively to understand a patient's individual concerns, needs and desires. He then discusses in clear terms what a patient can expect from specific procedures.

RHINOPLASTY

One of the most common of plastic surgery procedures, rhinoplasty reshapes the nose by reducing or increasing its size, removing a hump, changing the shape of the tip or bridge or changing the angle between nose and upper lip. Rhinoplasty may be performed for aesthetic reasons or to correct birth defects or breathing problems. It the latter cases, it may be covered by insurance.

EYELID SURGERY

LIPOSUCTION

Liposuction improves body shape by removing exercise-resistant fat deposits on specific areas with a tube and vacuum. The tumescent technique infuses fat cells with a saline solution containing a local anesthetic to reduce post-operative bruising and swelling. For larger volumes of fat, the surgeon may use ultrasound-assisted lipoclastic.
